Dr Mariana Syrotiak
Dr Mariana Syrotiak has established herself as a leader in global education including program development, teacher training, conflict transformation, and peacebuilding. She has led teacher training programs in Bahrain, India, and Saudi Arabia and managed conflict transformation and peacebuilding programs in the United States, Nepal, and Rwanda. Her international experience has given her an understanding of participants’ diverse needs and challenges in various cultural contexts.
In addition to her work as an administrator and teacher, Mariana has been actively involved in leadership roles in committees focused on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, served on boards, and volunteered in her community. She is passionate about teaching, training, language, and intercultural communication.
In addition to her experience, Mariana has an extensive educational background, including a Master of Arts in Intercultural Service, Leadership, and Management, a Master of Arts in Teaching, and a PhD in Organizational Learning and Leadership.
