Alessandro Carli

Alessandro Carli has been involved in Personal and Professional growth since 1990, and has been training/coaching hundreds of people since then, helping them dramatically improve their effectiveness and achieve great results in both life and business endeavors.
As of 2010, he has been more and more involved with the study of “Systems Dynamics” which is in turn related to a so-called Systemic Intelligence, the development of a higher level of thinking and, therefore, of relating oneself to the reality we all live and operate in.
We can define this as a natural development of Emotional Intelligence, not because it’s better, but because it goes deeper into the relationship that we have with what we call “reality”.
The knowledge that comes with understanding the dynamics of reality enables people who are involved in leadership positions to become far more effective in both the personal and business areas.
His understanding of Leadership dynamics puts him in the position to help especially small business owners, professionals and executives get in touch with and express their Authoritativeness, a heavily underestimated quality of leadership that leaders in whichever area of life need to develop in order to become truly effective.
Authoritativeness is in fact the specific area of coaching in which Alessandro specializes.
He wrote two books (in Italian), “The 5 Principles of Corporate Success” in 2002, and “Your Purse And Your Life” (on self-esteem) in 2008 with a major Italian publisher specialized in business literature.
