Elmwood Fields Leadership Alliance (EFLA) Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refund: Individuals or entities registered for a training course, workshop, or conference organized by EFLA may request a 100% refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted before the scheduled start date of the event.
- A valid reason for the inability to attend must be provided, such as a medical emergency, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to registration@elmwoodfields.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Event Name and Date]” (e.g., “Refund Request – C-Suite Leadership Conference Dubai, December 3-5, 2024”).
- Include the following information in the email:
- Full Name
- Event Name and Date
- Reason for Request
- Contact Information (Email and Phone Number)
Once your request is received, EFLA will review it and notify you of the status within 3-5 business days.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed promptly using the original payment method employed during registration. Please note:
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If payment was made via bank transfer, you may need to provide bank account details to facilitate the refund.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances: EFLA reserves the right to decline refund requests in the following situations:
- Requests made after the event has occurred.
- Partial attendance or incomplete participation in the event without prior notice or valid reasons.
- Failure to follow the refund request procedure outlined above.
