A strong advocate for integrating real-world experiences and technology into learning, Dr. Blair is dedicated to enhancing educational outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts with a minor in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford, and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management from Purdue University Global. She also earned her Doctorate in Education in Instructional Technology and Distance Education from Nova Southeastern University.

As a Quality Matters-trained online course reviewer, she has overseen the curriculum and design for over 350 undergraduate and graduate courses and has managed the onboarding and training of 50 faculty members.
