Dr. Larry Davies, CEO and Director of Educational and Corporate Outreach (DECO) at EFLA, holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from St. Thomas University. With over 35 years in educational leadership and global experience in countries like France, Japan, Kenya, and more, he excels in intercultural communication and curriculum design. As an executive coach, he has guided clients worldwide, including India, New Zealand, and the UK, in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals

Other academic qualifications include:

• Senior Fellowship from Advance HE, a UK-based quasi-governmental organization that accredits
  higher education professionals.
• Professional Diploma in Digital Design (with Distinction) from the Digital Learning Institute, Dublin,
  Ireland.
• Certified Assessment Specialist given by Cambridge University, UK.
• His most recent interests and writings concern the global impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as it
  pertains to corporate leadership, organisational culture, and collaboration in teams. Dr Larry firmly
  believes AI is to the 2020’s as the internet was in the 1990’s. Since this is going to be a great shift, he is raring to help company leadership and managers to unlearn old ways of doing things, learn new strategies to stay afloat in a fast changing environment, and relearn the humanistic nature of great leadership.
